Several years I was told a story about a man who had a large
rock in his backyard. He did not want the rock where it was. He was told
repeatedly that the rock was just too big to remove. Well not being satisfied
with the answer the man decided he would take matters into his own hands, year
after year, he beat the rock with a hammer. Eventually the rock disintegrated
and the man was very happy because he had proved everyone wrong.
That man is chipping away and chipping away at the Bayview
Community and the Bayview Chamber of Commerce. Sometimes if you chip away long
enough you get what you want.
