Movie Night at the Bayview Community Center!!!

After a miserable performance in December, the movies are back.  Friday, January 3rd, we will be showing "Hyde Park on Hudson" at 7pm (at the Center of course).  For all of you who don't know or forgot about it, we have free movies at the Center on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month barring any conflicts.  We suggest you bring a comfy lawn chair since those at the center are less than comfortable.  We also have popcorn and soft drinks.  Hope to see you there.

  1. Just an FYI, your movie night is illegal. Maybe you should review the "Digital Millennium Copyright Act" before someone turns you in to the MPAA, it'd be a pity if you got slapped with a $250k fine...in fact, I think I'm going to go ahead and drop them a line too. Cheers

Not sure of the validity of this accusation but I take this with a grain of salt because you did not sign your posting. Sounds like someone is having a bad day.

  4. I'd recommend you take it with a grain of curiosity and do some research. So long as this program exists I will be sending pictures of your sign advertising the movies as well as copies of your Bayview Bylines advertisement to the MPAA and whomever is the copyright holder for the movie you will be illegally showing.

  5. I posted this response even though this person does not identify who they are. A grain of salt.
